Roofing Panels

TSS-324 Roofing

SBI TSS-324 will remain weather-tight and maintenance-free on your commercial or industrial building for years. SBI roll forms this robust metal roof system that’s designed for tomorrow – with components and techniques that outperform others by specifically addressing current and anticipated building codes and roofing requirements.

TSS-324 is a standing seam roof panel that is mechanically seamed during installation. The TSS-324 panel utilizes a 16Ga hold down clip that attaches to the substructure, which allows for a concealed fastener and thermal movement.  The TSS-324 standing seam roof panel has a 24” wide coverage and features a 3” tall seam.  SBI’s TSS-324 standing seam metal roof panel can be installed over purlins with up to 5’-3” spacing, over metal and wood decking, and even rigid insulation. It can be installed on a roof as low as ½”\12 slope. Our standard TSS-324 panel comes in a 24Ga. thickness, has options of a striated pan or minor ribs, with an SP40, acrylic coated galvalume, or Kynar finish.  Options for the TSS-324 panel include special colors, and 22Ga. thickness.

PBR Panel

SBI produces the PBR panel as a standard for your exposed fastener applications. This is the “workhorse “of the metal building industry. It is used for roofing panel, wall panel, soffit panel, and liner panel. We produce PBR metal panels 36” wide coverage, and up to 50’ long. This profile features a 1-1/4” tall rib at 12” o.c. with 2 minor ribs between.

When used as metal roofing, the PBR panel is commonly installed on roof slopes as low as 1:12. This panel can be installed as a metal roof over both purlins and decked applications. The PBR panel can be installed vertically or horizontally as a wall panel. PBR can easily be used for fascias, liners, walls, and soffit. SBI can manufacture panels up to 50’ in length.

SBI’s standard PBR panel comes in a 26Ga. thickness with SP40 color or acrylic coated galvalume finish. Options for the PBR panel include special colors, Kynar finish, 22Ga. and 24Ga. thickness.

A Panel

The “A” panel is used primarily for an alternative look for wall and facia fronts in lieu of our more common exposed fastener panel, the PBR panel. It provides an attractive architectural aesthetic at a fraction of the cost of a concealed fastener system. The fasteners are only visible when viewed from directly facing the wall. The “A” panel has a nice clean look for your wall application; the fasteners are screwed down in the inset rib, lessening the visual impact of the “screw line”. This metal panel has a 36” wide coverage, featuring a 1-1/4” deep inset rib at 12” o.c. with a shallow vee between.

SBI’s “A” panel can be installed over wall girts, metal studs and hat channel, and solid wood substrates. The “A” panel can even be installed vertically or horizontally as a wall panel. It can be used for fascias, parapets, liners, walls, and soffit. SBI can manufacture panels up to 50’ in length.

SBI’s standard “A” panel comes in a 26Ga. thickness with SP40 color or acrylic coated galvalume finish. Options for the “A” panel include special colors, Kynar finish, 22Ga. and 24Ga. thickness.

Tuff-Rib Panel

Tuff-Rib is a roof and wall panel, ideal for the use of residential, light commercial, farm and ranch buildings, canopies and storage buildings. The “Tuff-Rib” panel is used primarily for an alternative look for roof and wall in lieu of our more common exposed fastener panel, the PBR panel.

When used as metal roofing, the Tuff-Rib panel is commonly installed on roof slopes as low as 1:12. This panel can be installed as a metal roof over both purlins and decked applications.

This panel has a 36” wide coverage, featuring a 3/4” tall rib at 9” o.c. with minor ribs in between. SBI’s standard Tuff-Rib panel comes in a 26ga. and 29ga. thicknesses with SP40 color or acrylic coated galvalume finish.

Kynar colors for both thicknesses are available by Special Order with Minimum Quantities, contact your SBI salesperson for availability.

Trim Options

When it comes to choosing the trim to finish your metal building, your standard options such as simple eave trim, sculptured eave trim and gutters, rake trim, and corner trim provide a more finished, polished look.

For doorways and openings, jamb trim, head trim, and inside corner trim for liner panels cover the iron that makes up the framed openings of a steel building so that none of the interior framework is exposed.

Accessories

Other accessories that help complete the look of your structure are overhead & roll doors, walk doors, windows, skylights & wall lights, and gutters. All of these elements make your building perfectly customized for your project to make it functional.

Custom pieces are available for special applications and can be fabricated and welded per your plans to meet your specific needs. From as little as one sheet to truckloads, we can provide you with as little or as much steel as you need to complete your project. We use only the highest quality steel in all of our products and have a variety of colors to choose from.
